I would like to really thank Mr. Kiran Kamble (Dada) for helping me out throughout from shortlisting house ,loan and other process, it's everyone dream of purchasing house 🏡 but neither easy nor difficult we need proper guidance for it and we need a good property agent (Mr.Kiran Dada) who help us genuinely,my journey started of looking for property before covid especially in Navi Mumbai (Ulwe) i really loved the place,the hurt started in the year 2019 i consulted several agents in regards of property every Sunday's i use to make sure i visit ulwe from Dockyard and come back home with lots of disappointment may be due to high of price in property or the location was not suitable ,i still remember during Pandemic (Covid) time i visit many time to ulwe but the luck doesn't turn ,i was so highly disappointed that some of my deal got cancelled even after paying the initial token amount in the past last 3 years from 2019-to 2022 i saw end numbers of resale and new properties in ulwe but when my last deal got cancelled i was highly disappointed and once i thoughts dropping the plan and will think of it later but my cousin helped me he said go to Mr.kiran he is expert in this field i thought let us give a last short i went to his office with my cousin and he just showed me 2 property from which I loved one , i told him that i will look for this property only ,he did full background check up of the property he scrutinized the property paper by his own and through legal department also he was there to guide me from end to end process,he stood with me not as a consultant but as a big Brother ,i will highly recommend Mr.Kiran Kamble Dada and his company they did a great job and i have my own property in ulwe ☺️ a big thanks to Mr.Kiran Kamble Dada.... without your help it's won't be possible...Thank you and all the Best to you
